Yes. Same local owners, same team, same address on E Fire Tower Rd. Seared has been a Greenville staple for years as a chophouse, and we’ve evolved it into the neighborhood grill and bar we always wanted to be.
02So what’s actually changed?
The menu, mostly. Fire-driven cooking is still at the center, but now you’ll find burgers, smaller plates, and Southern-inspired dishes alongside steaks. The bar program is tighter, weekend brunch is on the table, and the vibe is more relaxed — built for any night, not just special occasions.
03What’s stayed the same?
Same local owners. Same hospitality. Same commitment to farm-to-table sourcing from eastern North Carolina farms, butchers, and producers. Same kitchen — just with more fire.
04Are you still serving steaks?
Yes. Steaks aren’t going anywhere — they’re just sharing the menu with burgers, brunch dishes, and a few new favorites worth coming back for.
